Win a Month’s Supply of Pelviva for #WorldContinenceWeek

* This is a sponsored post.

Did you know that 1 in 3 women experience bladder leaks? I actually had no idea until very recently. I have had friends who have made comment about this in the past when we have been out running or in the pub having a good old laugh but I really didn’t think it was as common as that. This week is World Continence Week so I wanted to put a post together to help support and bring awareness because if you suffer then I want you to know that there is help out there! I know it’s not just women who suffer but today I am concentrating on women as I have a product to introduce you to that may just help you!

Bladder leakage is caused when the pelvic floor muscle becomes weak or damaged and it isn’t strong enough to prevent the bladder from leaking. Weakness can occur due to childbirth, pregnancy and during the menopause. Due to no fault of their own many women are unable to perform pelvic floor muscle exercises correctly.

Pelviva might just be the solution for you! Pelviva is an award winning pelvic floor muscle re-trainer proven to have a real impact on the quality of women’s lives. The Pelviva treatment has been clinically proven to improve bladder leaks in 84% of women in just 12 weeks.

Pelviva uses a unique technology which works naturally with your body, making the pelvic floor muscles contract. This restores speed and strength to the power fibres to prevent stress leaks when you cough, sneeze or exercise, and re-trains the endurance fibres to hold on when you urgently need the toilet preventing urgency leakage.

Pelviva is a discreet, disposable, single use intra-vaginal medical device. Made with a soft body responsive foam, adjusting to differences in female anatomy and movement during use. Treatment is over a 12-week period, with 30 minutes usage every other day.

You can purchase Pelviva directly from the website Prices start at £44.95 for a starter pack. You can use the code ‘PR2519‘ to get a whopping 25% off if you’d like to place an order.

Today I have a one month supply of Pelviva (worth £214.95) to give-away to one of my lovely readers. This pack contains 15 Pelviva treatments and 15 sachets of OptiLube™ lubricating jelly. All you need to do to enter is complete the Rafflecopter below.

My children love it when I jump on the trampoline with them, unfortunately my bladder doesn’t allow me to do this, I’d absolutely love to win and be able to jump around and make them jump higher and just laugh lots, good luck all xx

I would love to try this product as amum of 2 young boys and a little girl soon to be here, I struggle a little with leakage. Having ehlers danlos makes it more difficult to retrain my muscles throughout my body anyway due to poor connective tissue so the usual recommended exercises just dint quite do enough for whats needed sneezing laughing to hard and coughing all cause leakage… would love to regain my control

I’ve been lucky, blessed with a good bladder and can hold it in for a long time! But if I cough, there most definitely often ends up a little leakage, but think that’s normal tbh!

Having a bad cold is a nightmare, the odd cough I can control, but a coughing fit, and I totally lose control

I would love to gift this to my friend, Joyce, who is at her wits end with bladder leakage. Whenever, we go anywhere the problem is constantly on her mind, eroding her confidence and peace of mind. I can tell that she tries not to laugh freely or too hard, which is a shame, as she has a great sence of humour that is being eroded. Thank you for hosting the review and highlighting this issue x

This sounds like a really good purchase. I wish we talked more about continence issues because out of all my friends who’ve had babies, I don’t know one who hasn’t struggled post-birth and beyond with continence.

Now starting to suffer as going through the menopause, and currently, using giggle knickers pants, but would love to try, something to stop the problem rather than dealing with the consequences

I was ok until my third child then it has been a hard slog to keep everything under control. I have tried the exercises but still it is very unpredictable. having to work full time it is hard work and the stress of sneezing and coughing is effecting everyday life

So glad it’s not a taboo subject anymore – so many suffer in silence – great campaign
