Oooh I am super happy and excited with my weight loss this week as I have lost another…
Which means that I have lost 5% of my overall weight since I started!
I am so totally on the right track at the moment and am really enjoying the Weight Watchers plan! I do need to have a look for some new recipes and healthy snacks etc though as I seem to be just eating the same things all the time, which isn’t a problem at the moment but I know from experience I just get bored! So I am going to make it my plan for this week to introduce some new meals to my menu!
So I just have 1.5lbs to go until I have lost a stone which was my target to get to for when we go on holiday by the 20th August; hopefully I will have lost the stone and then another couple of pounds too!!
Excited to be shrinking 😉
