So after a weekend of eating out, reviewing restaurants while we were in Manchester I totally expected to have a gain this week and I did just that.
I put on 2lbs, I had 5 really good days and then 2 bad. I’m just pleased that it wasn’t more and I am totally back on track now and looking forward to a loss next week!
I did have a wonderful weekend away with my family so it was very much worth a little gain!
