Surcare Gel Review

A few weeks ago I was sent some Surcare Superconcentrated Gel Wash to review. This could not have come at a better time as I had just been discussing with my other half  that Bugs’s eczema was really bad and I was going to try some different washing powders to see if it would make any difference!

Surcare superconcentrated gel wash

Surcare promises not to put anything unnecessary into its products that will irritate your skin. No enzymes, no dyes, no acids. Not even perfumes. Even if it’s the nicest smelling scent in the world. Because in Surcare’s view, nothing smells as good as the ‘just-off-the-line’ smell of fresh air.

All Surcare products have been dermatologically tested and approved, so they can stop all those stains in their tracks without compromising on your skin. What’s more, they provide outstanding cleaning at 30°C, so you can be kinder to the environment too.

What we think…

All of us suffer from some kind of skin condition so I decided to only use Surcare to wash the whole families clothes and have been doing so for the last two weeks now. I haven’t been putting any fabric conditioner in as I suspect this may have been part of our problem! Surcare gel is really easy to use; you just put some of the gel in the lid and put it straight into the washing machine on top of your clothes and you’re good to go! It was odd at first using something that doesn’t smell… I am so used to my liquid being strong-smelling; it didn’t bother me at all just reassured me that there is nothing in Surcare to irritate our skin!

I am really happy to say that I have noticed a massive improvement in Bugs’s eczema! I am really not just saying that; it REALLY has improved! Even my sister noticed when we went to visit at the weekend! Don’t get me wrong he still has eczema and I wasn’t expecting a miracle cure overnight as I am sure there are many other factors that I need to look into but I would say currently there is a 60% improvement. It doesn’t look as red and angry and it isn’t driving him as mad as it usually does!

So I will definitely be continuing to use Surcare gel and I am also going to go and buy some of their fabric conditioner too! If I find something I think works I will continue to use it and this is one of those times I am happy I agreed to review something!

I’ve been using Surcare for about 2 years now. My daughter’s eczema was so bad the doctors creams weren’t doing anything at all. I went on an all out assault on eczema so I was never sure what really worked. But alongside Surcare, I used Salcura Zeoderm cream. It’s amazing, unfortunately not on prescription though. It completely clears up flare ups without steriods or nasties. It may help your son too?

I have only used Surcare now for about 10 yrs. I can’t use anything else. I haven’t seem the gel. I tend to only use powder but it’s becoming a nightmare to get in some supermarkets.
    Glad it helped xxx
