#Project365 – Week Eighteen

Project 365 [2017]

Good morning everyone. Hope you are all OK and had a great weekend. My weekend has been full of gardening, kids parties, piano lessons and just doing stuff around the house really. Nothing exciting to report this week. I am so focused on getting everything ready for our holiday and just cannot wait now. I went shopping last week and bought some lovely new dresses, Boo has had lots of new summer clothes and I need to kit Bugs out too. If anyone has any recommendations for kids sandals that would be great as I am struggling to find some we like xx

Day 120 – Last Sunday we went out for lunch to celebrate my Dad’s and big sister’s birthdays. This is a photo of my Boo and her cousin (my sister’s daughter) they are both looking incredibly grown up nowadays. Doesn’t seem two minutes ago since they were both toddling around.

Day 121 – This one is always happy when he is in the bath, he just loves water.

Day 122 – This was me after my Tuesday night run last week, a hot and sweaty mess but I had just done my fastest ever 5km in 28 minutes and 40 seconds so was feeling rather pleased 🙂

Day 123 – Sometimes I love the fact that the kids come alive at bedtime, they want to talk and tell you all about their day. Bedtime can be stressful at this house but I have learnt to just stop and listen instead of getting stressed and life is much calmer because of it.

Day 124 – On my Thursday run I managed to do my second ever 10KM in under 60 minutes! I almost died doing it but that feeling of total elation when I finished was amazing! It is days like this that I look forward to my half marathon.

Day 125 – I don’t even use Snapchat to communicate we just use it to mess about with the filters, the kids think is is pretty hilarious.

Day 126 – Sleeping peacefully at 11:30pm on Friday night before he started coughing and coughing and coughing. Listening to your child cough at night and not be able to help them is one of the worst sounds in the world. 🙁

That’s it for this week, see you next week! I love doing the photo a day project and would love to follow yours if you do it too so please leave me a comment to let me know and I’ll pop by and visit you.

I love the idea of a photo a day post. You are doing so well with your running. If I did a 5 or 10k run I would need bringing home in an ambulance! I love snapchat too. Me and the kids snapchat each other all the time x

I’ve tried doing a photo a day, but most days just escape me. Lovely to have a snapshot of each week of your lives.
