For the last 6 years I have done project 365 over on Instagram and Facebook. I love doing this project but after doing it for so long it can get a little tiring. I thought this was the year that I would stop doing it but I’ve decided to continue and I’m going to be sharing it here on my blog each week instead of Instagram weekly which I have been doing for the last three years, which was where I shared my favourite Instagram photos from the previous week. I’ll be sharing each week instead of daily though as I much prefer to do a weekly round up 🙂
Day 1 – Illness was clouding the house as we rang in the new year. Thankfully we are all feeling much better now but it was a nasty cold bug that really knocked us off our feet for a week or so. Bugs ended up with antibiotics from the Doctors because he got a chest infection and Liam ended up with Tonsillitis!
Day 2 – Bedtime snuggles with panda 🙂
Day 3 – She wasn’t really that excited about going back to school… she’s just a big poser 😉
Day 4 – We were both very surprised that his Father Christmas bath bomb from Lush turned the water this colour!
Day 5 – He missed his first day back at school due to illness but I took him on the second day and it was such a relief to see such a happy smiley boy at home time. I hate sending them to school there is a chance they might not be fully recovered and spend most of the day worrying about them but the day before he was running around the house like an idiot so it really was time for him to return 😉
Day 6 – Bugs’ school was celebrating their 40th birthday on Friday and they all had to dress up in 70’s year! He loved dressing up and they had such a fun day celebrating.
Day 7 – Boo and I walked into town to do a bit of shopping on Saturday and couldn’t leave without a quick visit to Costa. I haven’t treated her for ages and it was freezing out so a hot chocolate went down very well.
That’s it for this week. Are you taking part in a photo a day project? Please let me know if you are… I’d love to follow your project too 🙂

I hope the bugs are far behind you now, what a way to bring in the New Year. I love the 70s outfit, very groovy. I probably wore something like that myself when I was his age 😉
I really admire your dedication and I always enjoy your round ups – lovely to see the little moments 🙂
I adore the 70’s outfit and that you managed to have a fun week even with the sickness. Such a horrible bus going round at the moment
Well done on completing another year, I gave up in september as struggling to find the time. I love brightly coloured baths 🙂
Sorry your kids have been poorly 🙁 It’s definitely the time for the germs to do their worse! That bath bomb is incredible never seen one turn the colour of the water that much x
