Mumtreats Subscription Box Review

Review/ Yummy Mummy

Subscription boxes are becoming more and more popular; it is such a lovely way to treat yourself to a few goodies each month. Mum’s do often over look themselves so it’s really a lovely idea to have created a subscription box just for Mum…

Mumtreats is a monthly subscription box for mothers. That means every month we send to our subscribers a box full of treats. Inside the box you will find must-have beauty products, fashion and lifestyle accessories, illustrated goodies, and other surprises.

We were sent January’s Mumtreats subscription box to have a look at and here is what was inside…

Burberry Sport Perfumed Body Lotion – A luxurious body lotion delicately fragranced. This is really lovely, leaves my skin super soft and smelling divine.

Body Scrub by Bench – My skin is always super dry during the winter month so adding a scrub to my beauty routine is an absolute must!

Burberry Sport Eau De Toilette – I LOVE the smell of this stuff!

Burberry Beauty Palette – I love this adorable little beauty palette. It has 4 gorgeous lipsticks with a brush and 2 sachets of foundation. Such a great way to get an insight into Burberry’s make up range.

Burberry Sport Pouch – There is always a danger with subscription boxes that you will get something that is pretty useless to you and this is one of those things that I will never use. It’s a great idea if you go to the gym or swim regularly but I don’t, my other half does though so I am sure he will find it very handy 😉

So there you have it, what do you think? Will you be heading over to treat yourself or your Mum?

Mumtreats costs £12.50 + £2.50 P&P per month. It would make a great treat for yourself each month and also a perfect gift idea for the upcoming Mother’s Day.

I like the concept but I would prefer they stayed away from beauty products and have a more random selection

I like the concept and its a good way to try out different beauty products, I think mums need perking up now and then and this would do the trick! x

I am possibly the exception to the rule as I am not a fan of subscription boxes. I love the idea of a surprise, but would worry that I could have spent the money on simethingI needed!

I heard about these and wondered what was in there! The beauty pallette is really cute!

It’s a nice way to treat oneself each month and have the chance to try something new. I tend to stick to the same things as I never have the time to look around the shops.

I have tried subscription boxes in the past but must admit not many actually have products I really want to use, especially beauty products. Nice idea though.

Love the idea of these subscription boxes – and all the different things they seem to contain. Must be fun to get surprises every month (though I think I might like an edible one more!)
