Not only is this a brilliant Halloween craft and decoration it makes a fantastic keepsake to remember just how small your little one’s hands were… We learnt how to do this at our local toddler group in 2008 and I just wanted to share it with you all! 🙂

Boo’s Spider – Halloween 2008
This is really super easy and fun to make!
What you will need…
Paper or card
Black fingerpaint
Googly eyes
Glue
Scissors
Cotton (to hang)
How…
Cover your child’s hands in black finger paint and get them to print one at a time, side by side so that the palms overlap. Wait until this dries and then cut round the hand prints; make sure you cut off the thumbs so that your spider only has eight legs 😉
Stick on your googly eyes and attach some string/cotton to the back!
There you have it; an adorable hand print spider decoration! Why not do one for every member of your family 🙂
