It’s my favourite time of the week again where I look back at our Instagram account from the last week and choose my favourite snaps to share with you here. It’s been another pretty quiet week here as we are trying to get our home prepared for Christmas and to put on the market as we are thinking of moving to a more suitable house in a similar area to where we live now. It’s all very exciting but I just keep thinking back to 10 years ago when I swore I would never move again! I think if we do move again we will employ the help of a removal company as last time we did it we did it on our own and it was sheer hell.
Anyway here are my favourite Instagram snaps from the last week…
One of my favourite things about this time of year is all the snuggling up we get to do. I love to snuggle up on my own and catch up on my favourite shows but not as much as I love snuggling up with my other half and the kids to watch out favourite movies 🙂
I adore this cheeky shot of them both at bedtime. They always seem to come alive at bedtime… not sure why that is 😉
Boo with her awesome new suitcase, you can see the review of that here if you are interested 🙂
Poor little dude gets very self conscious when he has to do things like this, don’t get me wrong I didn’t force him to have his face painted but on his way to school he kept saying he was embarrassed. He’s always concerned about what others think of him and I’m not sure where that has come from and how to change it? If you have any tips please let me know.
Saturday we had an afternoon at our local fair, it was really cold but the kids still enjoyed a few rides before we went home to snuggle up and watch Harry Potter 🙂
I spend half my life trying to steal hugs with the kids before they are all grown up. I’m very aware right now that time is flying by and I’m not going to have a ‘baby’ to snuggle up with for much longer. Oh if I was 5 years younger maybe I’d have another 😉
Anyway that’s all I have to share this week… If you’re not already following me, please do come and connect – You can find me as Sonia2011 ?

Maxi always hated having his face painted and felt self conscious too. I have to say I love Boo’s suitcase
As always I love all the memories you capture. That suitcase is so cool!
So many gorgeous photos and the photo of the two of them is really lovely. That suitcase is amazing.
Lovely photos. I especially love the one of the two kids together. My daughter is 10 and still likes lots of hugs. Even my 13yo boy usually lets me have a couple of hugs a day! 🙂
Fabulous set of photographs and those smiles are heart melters xx
Yes steal those hugs xx
