Instagram Weekly 10th-16th Oct

Instagram Weekly

This week it’s been all about Boo, which is strange! She doesn’t really like having her photo taken that much and can get a bit grumpy when I ask her so I usually opt to avoid conflict and go for Bugs which is the easy option. This last few weeks we have spent so much more time together doing things so I guess she has been happier because of it and spent less time in her room playing. Also it was her birthday party on Saturday so she’s been very excited about that all week! It’s not her actual birthday until Wednesday though. Whatever the reasons it’s just nice to see more of her in my photos this week 🙂

Here are my favourite Instagram snaps from the last week…

Boo had a school trip last Monday, they dressed as evacuee children from WW2 and spent the day finding out what it would have been like to live in those times. It sounded like they had an amazing time and I wish I had been able to go with them. I love anything like that.

Bugs made a Hama bead dinosaur for his creative homework, he was rather proud of his efforts 🙂

These are the party bags we put together for Boo’s party. She has written a post about them on her blog if you’d like to have a nosy 🙂

We are a bit Hama bead obsessed at the moment! We go through stages of playing with them continuously for weeks, then they get put away for months. If you haven’t used them before I’d really recommend them. You can make absolutely anything with them and if you do a search for Hama beads on Pinterest you will find so many different ideas. We LOVE them! Check out my Pinterest board full of ideas 🙂

She really enjoyed her birthday party, it was so nice to have one at home for a change. I think it was her first one here and I much prefer it that way.

Someone is super tired after a very busy weekend. ? #day290 #sonia2016366 #project366 #instagram366

After such a busy weekend she was exhausted!

Looking through old photos last night I found this one of me and Boo when she was little. I can’t believe this was almost 10 years ago! It really has flown by.

Anyway that’s all I have to share this week… If you’re not already following me, please do come and connect – You can find me as Sonia2011 ?

Love pretty much every photo this week. Happy Birthday Boo. Mini has to dress as an evacuee for his visit to beamish next month. Currently he is refusing and said he will only wear a flat cap!
