Pizza Express is celebrating the arrival of the new film Ice Age Collision Course this month, by inviting Sid and his Ice Age friends to take over the Piccolo menu. Little pizza-lovers visiting Pizza Express will find a fun-packed Ice Age Collision Course activity sheet included with their Piccolo menu, featuring lots of puzzles and games – the perfect way to keep little hands busy while the grown-ups relax. We were invited along to check out the Ice Age fun and enjoy a delicious meal 🙂
We are huge fans of Pizza Express, they never fail to please us! It is our go to place every time we go out for a meal. The food is always great quality and the service is top notch! The kids loved their Ice Age Collision Course activity sheets, Piccolo activity pack and also loved being able to make their very own dough shapes to take home. They had so much to do that Daddy & I actually got to have a conversation and enjoy some time together.
The kids menu at Pizza Express is really great. It is £6.95 for three courses with a pretty good selection.
For starters the kids had baked dough balls with garlic butter and a fresh salad, they really love these dough balls and the salad was really fresh too!
They both then opted for a Pollo (chicken) pizza, they both wolfed these down and said they were delicious! If pizza isn’t your thing then there are 3 different pasta dishes on the kids menu too!
To finish they both had a sundae, which is one scoop of vanilla gelato, finished with chocolate or fruit sauce and topped with a baby cone. A Bambinoccino is also served with their dessert which is basically frothed milk with a sprinkle of chocolate powder.
So as you can see the kids are catered for perfectly at Pizza Express at a really reasonable cost. Drinks don’t come included with the set menu but they have squash, milk, water and cartons of juice available.
Our food didn’t disappoint either… we both went for the Bruschetta Originale to start with… I have this every single time I go as it is my most favourite thing EVER! Seriously if you have never tried one make sure you do next time you visit a Pizza Express!
The rest of our food was just as good! I had Pollo Ad Astra pizza and Daddy had an American Hot, then I had delicious chocolate fudge cake with cream for dessert and Daddy went for one of the dolcetti desserts which is a mini dessert with a coffee… he had lemon posset crunch which he said was divine!
Pizza Express are also running an Ice Age Collision Course competition; all you need to do is visit a restaurant and draw a picture of your favourite character with a pizza to be in with a chance of winning a holiday to Hollywood, Ice Age toys, goody bags, Pizza Making Parties and much more… Head over to the Pizza Express website to find out more.

Trying to capture a decent photo of us all is impossible… Bugs was trying to push Boo out of the photo here 😉
We had a really lovely meal out at Pizza Express and can highly recommend it to you, we have visited over 25 different Pizza Express restaurants in our time and have loved every single (except one) visit. We received this meal free of charge but all opinions are totally honest. We have spent hundreds if not thousands at Pizza Express in the past and we really do think they are the best kid friendly restaurant on the high street!

I’m trying to convince my daughter to go to Pizza Express for her birthday rather than her usual place. I love the place myself but I’ve not taken the kids. I’m sure they’d love it too
I do love pizza express food, but our local one is always so busy, so I tend to give it a miss!
That Sundae looks fab! I am yet to visit our local Pizza Express. May have to pay a visit soon
