Father’s Day Gift Guide 2019

gifts/ Shopping

Disclosure: The products that are featured in this gift guide were sent for inclusion – as always all opinions are my own.

I love nothing more than the opportunity to spoil those that I love so as Father’s Day is right around the corner I thought I’d put together a guide with some amazing gift ideas in the hope it gives you some inspiration too.

Every time I put a guide together I always say how much I love to spend money and time choosing a great experience because I think they mean so much more! Red Letter Days have an amazing selection of experiences for Father’s Day. Boo & Bugs opted to get their daddy a 60 minute extended flying lesson which is going to go down very well! I can’t wait to see his face when he opens this!

Deskmate could be the perfect gift for a dad who has always wanted a standing desk but not really had the funds to purchase one. Deskmate converts any desk into a standing desk for a fraction of the price. There are so many health benefits to standing while working so these are really worth looking into.

This Ultimate Time Together Smart Box from Buyagift might be a little bit of a selfish gift because I know I am going to benefit from it too but that’s half the fun right 😉 I always love to treat James to something on Father’s Day… I know he is not my dad but he is the father of two of my kids and I love being on this parenting journey with him so it is always nice to say a big thank you from me and what better way than this? He gets to chose an experience and I get to go along and enjoy it with him… fingers crossed he picks a lovely spa day 😉

This weekend bag full of gorgeous smelling toiletries would make a lovely gift for a travelling dad and a real bargain at £29.99. This Baylis & Harding gift set includes shower gel, soap, hair and body wash, body lotion and aftershave balm.

My other half really likes to take pride in the way he looks and always really appreciates a quality piece for his wardrobe like this Hugo Boss belt. It is something that he will love and it will last for many years.

I just love the Men’s Society! Their products always look so cool! This weekender wash kit is perfect for the man who often has to pack up and go at short notice, everything he might need is right there in his own little tin! Make sure you check out their selection of Father’s Day gifts.

If you are looking for some delicious food or drink for dad it might be worth you checking out Yumbles. They have an amazing collection of yummy treats for everyone including this rather gorgeous Edinburgh gin and tonic gift set that would be absolutely perfect for a gin loving dad.

Green & Black’s have a lovely selection of Father’s Day gifts this year. My other half is a red wine drinker so we had to go for this lovely set which includes the organic tasting collection and a bottle of 16 Little Black Pigs Shiraz Cabernet.

My other half takes his iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard folio with him everywhere and he really needs good sturdy protection for it so this newly launched Scout Series UAG case is perfect for him! It adds an extra level of protection but isn’t too chunky or heavy. If you have spent so much money on something then an extra £49.00 to protect it is just a drop in the ocean.

Australian skincare brand Black Leopard have just launched their skincare in the UK. These products would make a perfect gift for any man who likes to take care of himself. Their ingredients are naturally derived and scientifically proven, so they won’t harm your skin or the earth and the range includes moisturiser, eye cream, face scrub, anti perspirant, 2 in 1 shave gel cleanser and hair styling cream.

Popular high street brand Super Facialist have just launched a mens range including three cleanse and prepare products and three moisture and protect products. I actually love their products and just know that these will be a bit hit. You can buy them from Boots and Sainsbury’s.

Whose dad wouldn’t appreciate a few beers for Father’s Day? Not only is this organic Celia lager gluten free it is also vegan! It is a really lovely light drink and it is only 139 calories!

That’s all for now. Have you seen anything that has caught your eye or do you have any other ideas? I’d love for you to leave me a comment to let me know 🙂

I usually find it hard to think of what to buy for my father since I’m not really sure what his preferences are. Thanks for the guide and tips!

My husband doesn’t really like things, he’s quite minimalist so red letter days and experience options are always a great choice for him to enjoy some time for himself.

Great selection there. We have also started to do more experiences rather than gifts as I find the memories are much better.

Love the look of the Desk Mate that is such a good idea. Also you can’t go wrong with a Red Letter Day in my book.

A fab range of gifts. Can’t believe it’s nearly Father’s Day, I’d better pull my finger out and get something organised!

I think experience days are the best presents for Dad’s. Often I find they don’t appreciate a gift as much as we would so a flying lesson would be awesome.

There are so many wonderful ideas for fathers day I am yet to get something for my husband from our Daughter.

Experience vouchers are always a good choice so that they can pick something themselves.

There are some great ideas there.
I need all the help I can get with my Dad’s this year as it’s our first without my Mum and it’s a little daunting for us all.

I always try to go for an experience type gift For Father’s Day because it means we can do something special together.

I hope your hubby picks the spa day!
