Eve Mattress Review

We have been ready for a new bed and mattress for such a long time, we have put up with our old bed for a couple of years knowing we should be buying a new one but just never got around to it. So this year we decided to just go for it and then the lovely people at Eve got in touch to see if we would like to review one of their mattresses and the timing could not have been more perfect.

The Eve Mattress is delivered in a box so it makes getting to your bedroom much easier than carrying a heavy mattress up the stairs! We have two sets of stairs up to our bedroom and we have really struggled with double mattresses in the past so getting the Eve up to our bedroom was much easier! You can see my unboxing video below so you can see exactly how it is packed…

The eve mattress is made up of three different layers…

High Density Base Layer – 18cm of ultra resilient base foam. This high density layer provides the mattress foundation, supporting the layers above.
Breathable Comfort Layer – 3cm of cooling foam. 30% more breathable than traditional memory foam with open air technology that encourages air flow.
New Generation Memory Foam – 4cm of responsive memory foam. Provides balanced comfort, relieves pressure on joints and encourages ease of movement.

and then there is the knitted cover which is made from two way stretch fabric and provides a delicate soft surface accentuating the new generation memory foam below.

100 night trial

If you are thinking about a new mattress then I would highly recommend the 100 night trial for an eve mattress. You can sleep on it for 100 nights and if you decide that you do not like it eve will come and collect the mattress from your bedroom and give you a full refund. Delivery and returns are free so if you do not like it you have not lost anything!

10 year guarantee

The eve mattress is also guaranteed for 10 years, so if you mattress fails during that time it will be replaced with a brand new one.

My other half was really quite concerned as he didn’t think he would like memory foam, he thought it was going to be too soft for him but we are both totally overjoyed with the eve mattress, it is heavenly! It is just so unbelievable comfy… I hate getting out of bed in a morning and I just love getting into it each night. The mattress is so snug and cosy but it is really supportive too! I feel so lucky to love my bed and mattress so much… my only regret is we didn’t have sooner! Is it wrong to be in love with a mattress? 😉

The eve mattress starts at £349 for a UK single mattress and goes all the way up to a huge 7 foot x 7 foot for £899. Interest free credit is available over 12 months to help you spread the cost 🙂

Now I’m off to order a couple of their pillows as they do a 30 night trial on those too!

If you want to try an Eve mattress then make sure you enter TMLEVE40 at the checkout and you will receive £40 off any eve mattress! This offer is valid until Sunday 19th June 2016.

* I received this mattress free of charge for the purpose of this review, All words and opinions are my own and honest.

I bought my eldest a mattress a bit like this and was dubious when it came rolled up in a little box. It was totally amazing to watch it unroll and settle into shape and turn into the most amazing comfy mattress that she just adores

We got a new memory foam mattress a while back, but I don’t think it is as good quality as yours, but it really helped my sleep.

I so need to buy a new mattress for our bed. The existing one gives my hubby back pain.

We got one packaged like this and I was convinced they had sent me a mattress topper – amazing how they puff up isn’t. Shall be looking into this when we get our bunk beds

A new mattress really does make a uge difference – we didn’t realise how bad our old one was until we got our new one x

Definitely not wrong to be in love with a mattress if it’s that comfy! Sounds so tempting. And I love the clever way it’s packed.

We are in need of a new mattress, but it just seems to keep getting pushed to the back. More important things need replacing or repairing, like cars and sofas and then I need to take out a second mortgage for school shoes! The fact that we have a super kingsize and often three or four of us in the bed makes it a rather expensive purchase!

We’ve had ours for nearly a year now and it still has that ‘new mattress feeling’ when I get into bed every night. Best mattress ever!
