Easter Fun With Matalan

Review

A couple of weeks ago Matalan sent us a big box of goodies for us to enjoy over Easter. I was really surprised at the fantastic range of products that they have and the quality too! It’s been a very long time since I went into a Matalan store as we don’t have one that is local to us. My sister used to buy Boo clothes from there when she was a baby and they were always so adorable.

This weekend the kids have really enjoyed making the Easter cards to send to their friends. There was four cards in the pack and it included every thing (except glue) that you needed to make them. I love buying little packs like this as they keep the kids busy for half an hour and there is minimal waste/mess.

They were really easy to make and they look adorable! They were both very proud of their efforts and cannot wait to give them to their best friends 🙂 The pack also included envelopes.

This week we are going to be putting these lovely cookie cutters and cake accessories to good use so make sure you watch out for our Instagram photos! Matalan have an awesome Easter treasure hunt kit with adorable little signs which is just £4.00 so if you are organising an egg hunt make sure you check that out.

Matalan also has lots of great products for the great outdoors from picnic blankets, insulated cooler bags to lots of awesome outdoors toys. This picnic blanket is super soft, we cannot wait until it’s a little bit warmer so we can enjoy an outdoor picnic with our fab new cooler bag 🙂

There really is something to keep everyone happy! Bugs loves his new Minions book and Boo is a huge Horrid Henry fan 🙂

When it’s all over you will find me sat with a nice big glass of wine enjoying my Colour Therapy Colouring Book 😉

Did you know that Matalan had such a fantastic range of products? If so why didn’t you tell me? 😉

Oh aren’t these fabulous! I had no idea Matalan sold these kind of products, POD would have loved the Easter cards. She’s such a creative little soul bless her although we did make some. We should have another look at Matalan, there’s one in the town centre although we’ve not been for ages. I hope you had a lovely Easter, been a bit chaotic this end what with POD off! x

What a lovely selection of goodies you were sent. I actually saw the cutters over the weekend and my daughter wanted to get some to make cookies. Wish I’d brought them now as the bunny head one is adorable

Some great activities for Easter break! We’ve found that supermarkets have been good too! We wouldn’t have thought about Matalan!

I like the Easter egg hunt signs, I was just at the supermarket last night buying small chocolate eggs with some signs for our own hunt next week!

I adore those Easter cards, they look lovely! I’ve not been to Matalan for years as there is not one near us. I didn’t realise they did so many things, I thought they were mainly clothes and household linen. Probably because the last time I went I bought clothes and towels.
