I’m really excited to let you know that Draw with Me linky is back!! It’s been a while and we have missed it so I thought it was time it made a return 🙂
This month I am launching a special for Easter and then it will continue on the 1st of each month from the 1st of May 🙂
What is Draw With Me?
Draw with me is a linky which Boo & I have come up with together and are really excited about! Boo is a very very keen artist and loves to draw and do anything creative and she loves me to give her a theme when she wants to draw but can’t think of anything. She is also very keen on getting involved with my blog and taking part in reviews etc so I thought this would be perfect to put the two together.
Basically once a month I set a theme and we then get our kids to interpret that theme by drawing a picture! Each month there will be a great ‘creative’ prize for one random winner; this will be picked out of a hat by Boo herself! We love the idea of the kids being rewarded for their willingness to take part so I’m hoping to get runner-up prizes each month too! If you are a ‘creative’ business reading this and would like to donate prizes then please get in touch.
The Theme.
The theme this month is… Easter
So get the kids some colouring pens and paper and let them show us what they can do! Just let them interpret the theme however they wish
We cannot wait to see all this months results!!
I’m really pleased to have Boo & Bugs joining in now, here is what they both came up with…

Easter by Boo age 9

Easter by Bugs age 5

OOh so glad to see this back!
I will get Emma to get involved, she is a keen little artist too and would hit it right off with Boo, I am sure.xx
This is a lovely idea to get the kids involved and show everyone what they can do. We love doing crafts in this house
What a lovely idea, I dont have an artistic bone in my body x
Great idea – Eliza especially loves to draw. Will see what she can come up with
What a fab idea – mine rarely stop drawing!
This is a fantastic idea! I shall ask my children if they would like to join in. That is a fab prize too.
So excited, I shall get the invalid on it this weekend xx
So happy to see draw with me back! It was a great way of keeping a record of the kids drawings. I just found a diary that D wrote from when he was 6 years old when we homeschooled and it was so lovely reading through it. Although I do keep hold of a lot of their writings/drawings there is also a lot that gets binned – ahem i mean – “recycled” so this is a wonderful way to document their drawings.
What a fabulous idea and great way to document the changing ways they view thing too X
What a great idea. I’d love drawing when I was a kid! Fab idea to get others involved
