During October I am taking part in #Blogtober18, where I write a blog post everyday for the whole month. Mandi over at Big Family Organised Chaos is hosting a linky each day where she also gives a prompt for us to write about.
The prompt for today is ‘Favourite Blogs you Love’ so I thought I would share my favourite blog post that I have read recently…
How You Can Support The Blogger In Your Life by The Reading Residence
I love this post by Jocelyn as I often feel like I get no support for my business from friends and family yet I am fully supportive of all their jobs and businesses. It is so hard to try and make a living from blogging nowadays and I often feel looked down upon because of it, like it isn’t a real job! But it really is… this is my own little business and I am just trying to make enough money to support our little family. A little more support wouldn’t go a miss… so pop over and have a read of Jocelyn’s post and the rest of her lovely blog while you’re there 😉
Here are a few other bloggers that I Love…
Cornwall has my heart and I just love living there vicariously through Stevie’s blog. She’s also a super lovely person who is always very chatty on Twitter. Steve also runs a ‘Liked and Loved Linky‘ each month, which I always keep meaning to join in with but I’m a bit useless when it comes to things like that.
This a fairly new blog to me but I love it because Jemma is also from Nottingham and I can relate to a lot of the places that she writes about. She also has three adorable kids and like me loves gin and cake… what’s not to love?
I knew Amanda on Twitter before she even started blogging so I have followed her blog right from the start. It’s changed rather a lot over the years but I love to read about her travel adventures with her family and love to see her gorgeous home. Amanda is probably one of the loveliest bloggers I have ever met and when I meet up with her I feel like I have known her forever.
This is my other blog, I write it with my other half and I just love it. It’s our little place for recording our adventures and travels, it makes me so happy to write it and it will probably out live this blog actually… we are always going to be able to write about our travels but the kids are getting a bit too old for me to keep writing about so I can see this blog coming to an end in the not too distant future.
Another wonderful, friendly blogger is Susan from Susan K Mann. I have followed Susan’s blog since we started blogging back in 2010. She has three gorgeous kids and lives in Scotland. She is always the first person to say hello on Twitter and always seems to have time to check in on everyone to make sure they’re OK even when she’s not feeling great herself.
I’d love to know what your favourite blogs or bloggers are, so feel free to leave me a comment to tell me all about them 🙂
