Perfect Recipes for Autumn

Blogtober18/ Food & Drink/ Recipe

During October I am taking part in #Blogtober18, where I write a blog post everyday for the whole month. Mandi over at Big Family Organised Chaos is hosting a linky each day where she also gives a prompt for us to write about.

Today’s prompt is ‘perfect recipes for you‘ so I’m going to be sharing some amazing recipes which are just perfect for Autumn. I don’t know about you but I’m a big fan of one pot cooking at the time of year, just throw it all in and enjoy.

How amazing does this Creamy Chicken Dauphinoise Potato Pie Bake look?

My family is a big fan of sausages so this Big Batch Sausage and Bean One Pot would be a winner with them!

Personally I love to cook everything in one pan, it makes life so much easier! I love the look of this One Pan Autumn Chicken Dinner.

This Slow Cooker Chicken & Chorizo Stew is what is going to make me start using my slow cooker again! I am terrible at using it but this just looks divine!

This Autumn pearl couscous salad with roasted butternut squash looks so good!

I’ve never actually has anything cooked with pumpkin before but I would really love to try this Autumn pumpkin pasta.

I just love a nice risotto and this Mushroom and roasted chicken risotto looks like one the whole family will enjoy. It’s ready in just 35 minutes too!

I think this Sticky apple, sausage & bacon recipe would be a huge hit with the kids.

This slow cooker cashew chicken just looks… WOW!! I think that’s our Friday night dinner sorted!

Last but not least is this incredible looking Beef Bourguignon… Yummy!

The only question now is, which do I make first?

These are perfect for this time of year. I will be adding the Sausage and Bean One Pot to my meal plan soon. I have made the Sticky apple, sausage & bacon recipe before and it is so good.

I love the look of the creamy chicken dauphinoise. I can’t imagine it’ll be very diet friendly but it would be nice as a treat!

This post has made me so hungry hehe, they all look absolutely amazing! The creamy chicken dauphinoise pie looks so delicious – I have to cook this for dinner someday – and also who doesn’t love a good chicken pie! I’d love to try the pumpkin pasta as well, like you said, I haven’t tried anything with pumpkin in either so would be interested to give it a go! The sticky apple, sausage and bacon looks so tasty, and the slow cooker cashew chicken looks divine. I am going to have to try all of these!

there’s some great recipes here – thanks for the round up 🙂 One pot or slow cooker recipes are the way forward – so much less faffing (and washing up).
