Back to School with Debenhams

Back to School/ Review

It still seems like we have forever before we go back to school but I like to be really organised with getting the school uniform sorted so we aren’t rushing about at the very last minute! To be fair I do always forget something and am usually found running to the shop on the night before school starts.

Debenham’s uniform are fantastic quality, I usually tend to pick the kids uniform up from there as they are great quality and really reasonable prices. They have a really great range of back to school products so I tend to get everything in one go, it make life so much easier when you only need to go in one stop 😉

This year I ordered the kid’s school uniforms from Debenhams online as I am so busy getting ready for our big Orlando holiday that it just made life so much easier.

Boo chose a pair of white puff sleeve blouses (£6-12), a red cable knit cardigan (£8-11) and a red V neck cardigan (£8-10) all of which look just lovely. They fit really well, I would consider then to be a slim fit but quite long.

Our favourite of the items is the cable knit cardigan, it is made from 100% cotton and is super soft! I love the cable knit finish.

Bugs went for a pair of polo shirts (£5-9) because he hasn’t mastered the art of button fastening yet so he struggles when getting changed for PE if he wears a more formal shirt. These are slim fit polo shirts and fit him lovely 🙂

Next he went for a red school sweater (£6-8), some days he prefers a round neck and some days a V neck depending on what mood he is in, usually it is the opposite of what I have put out for him to wear 😉 What I love about this sweater is that it is tumble drier safe for those days when I’m running around in a mad rush and haven’t washed or dried any clothes 😉

Finally he got a red V neck jumper (£6-8), it’s a little big this one but I’m sure he will grow into it over the summer. That’s one thing I love about going back to school in September is seeing all the kids in their brand new ‘too big’ uniforms, by Christmas they have usually all grown into them or out of them 😉

We are really pleased with all the products from Debenhams and would happily recommend them to you 🙂

* I bought these products using a gift card as part of the Debenhams Back to School campaign.

I love those new uniform pictures where they are a little bit too big, it is the defining moment in going back to school. They look great and I hope you have a fab holiday, I am very jealous.

I was going to say I love the cardigan too. I have all the school uniform to get apart from the branded stuff I had to get for Maxi’s new school!
