#Project365 – Week Thirty Four

Project365

I don’t know about you but right now I am feeling very ready to get the kids back to school so we can get into some sort of routine again. I get no ‘me time’ what so ever during the holidays so I am very ready for just an hour or so to myself to catch up on some work or sit with a coffee and watch Netflix for an hour! The kids are sick of the sight of each other too and I am sick of being a constant referee! They behave wonderfully when they are on their own but once they are together they turn into tiny devils!

Day 235 – Had a lovely day out with my Mum, sister and family at Gulliver’s Kingdom last Wednesday. My sister lives up in Durham so we don’t get to see her too often so it was lovely to spend the day with her and her family.

Day 236 – Me last Thursday knackered after a seven mile run. It Felt so good and was my fastest longer run for a while. Feeling confident at the moment for my half marathon in a month.

Day 237 – On Friday we spent the day with my other sister Cathy from Wishful Wonderings. We met for lunch and then went to Bounce Revolution for a couple of hours. The kids had a blast! Going on a bus is a bit of a novelty for them 😉

Day 238 – Putting a face mask on is supposed to be a relaxing experience isn’t it!? He did finally leave me alone to go to the shop to buy wine and left me in peace to have a bath and then bought me a glass and a bar of chocolate 😍

That’s it for this week. I love doing the photo a day project and would love to follow yours if you do it too so please leave me a comment to let me know and I’ll pop by and visit you.

Ahh! I’m the opposite. I am dreading school starting again. My girls have been playing out a lot so I have been able to have a little time to myself. I feel so lucky.
No matter how old they get they are still so cute when they’re asleep.
hahaha! My fella seems to think it’s hilarious when I put a face mask on too. At least he brought you chocolate and wine. x
