The Original Doodle Bear

The Original Doodle Bear is on top of our list this month! Boo was over the moon when she was sent Penny – one of The Original Doodle Bears. You can also get Markie who is pink and Drew who is lavender. How awesome are their names! They each come with 2 double-sided washable markers with stampers and a sticker sheet for decorating and are recommended for ages 3 years and over.

The markers which are included have one side as a normal felt tip and the other side a stamper. You can draw anywhere on the bear and the bears are fully machine washable and you can even put them in the tumble dryer! There are lots of patterns all over the bears to trace or you can just have fun creating your own designs. I would like to see it come with more markers in a bigger range of colours.

You can find them at many stores online for around £19.99 which is a pretty good price. We love anything that encourages creativity in our children but this has the added bonus of being huggable too! What’s not to love?

Dolce Gusto

Dolce Gusto Ristretto Ardenza

I have been part of the Dolce Gusto Blogger Network for a while now and I LOVE their coffee, This month we were sent some of their new Ristretto Ardenza to try with some of these adorable little expresso cups and saucers. This is the most intense coffee in the Dolce Gusto range yet and it is absolutely gorgeous! I buy three boxes of Dolce Gusto coffee each week and usually stick with their Expresso or Expresso Intenso but since trying this I am addicted seriously!

Why not join Dolce Gusto’s Facebook page – THE POD and start earning stamps and get rewarded!

Kate's Cakes

Kate’s Cakes

We were sent some delicious Kate’s Cakes to try, they are available in chocolate fudge and lemon drizzle. Each box contains 5 individually wrapped cakes and cost  £1.99. They are perfect for lunch boxes and after school snacks, a perfect size for little tummies! We all really loved these. My favourite were the chocolate and Daddy’s was Lemon Drizzle, the kids weren’t fussy too be honest and would eat either 😉 They are surprisingly good, light and moist! We would definitely buy them again.

They are made using non- GMO ingredients, free range eggs and are free from artificial flavourings, resulting in an irresistible homemade style taste in a premium hand crafted cake.

Kate’s Cakes are available to buy at Tesco.

The Happy Egg Co

We love eggs and we love Happy Eggs even more so we were very pleased to become a part of the Happy Eggs Blogger Network! As a thank you I was sent this gorgeous Happy Egg cookie made using Happy Eggs! It was rather delicious!

Who are The Happy Egg Co?

We’re the happy egg company – the free range egg people who do things differently. Founded in 2009, we’ve always been serious about hen welfare. And we believe that if we give our hens the quality of life they deserve, and keep them happy, they’ll reward us with better tasting eggs.

I look forward to sharing more about them over the coming months but for now make sure you are choosing Happy Eggs!

Toca Nature

Toca Boca’s latest app Toca Nature, which launched on 13th November 2014 (£1.99/ €2,69), captures the wonder and magic of the natural world with its unique, dream-like style. In Toca Nature, kids can create and explore their own environment, populating it with different species of plants and animals, sculpting the landscape with lakes, mountains and different types of forest and woodland.

This is a beautiful app which my kids have loved playing with, I really enjoy playing it too 😉 Watch the Toca Nature video here to get a feel for it. It really is amazing watching the land change before your eyes, and seeing the wildlife you can create! Another fantastic app from Toca Boca!!

Festive Childrens’ Events At Wyevale Garden Centres

During November and early December Wyvale Garden Centres will be hosting a series of festive children’s events including Breakfast and Tea With Father Christmas. We are very luckily going to have breakfast with Father Christmas in a few weeks but I wanted to let you know about it now in case you would like to attend too! I know my sister Dawnie and her children had tea with the  Easter Bunny and had a fantastic time early this year.

You get to enjoy a delicious, freshly-prepared breakfast or tea and then join his elves to welcome Father Christmas as he arrives from the North Pole. But the fun doesn’t stop there! Little ones meet Father Christmas and get to choose their very own present. And afterwards, they’re given a Christmas tree cookie to decorate. Sounds like fun doesn’t it!

All children’s tickets are £9.99 and adults can opt to pay £7.99 for a meal for £3.99 for a mini ticket.

Well that’s all for this November, don’t forget to contact me soon if you have a product that you would like to see in December’s edition; December is a very busy month so I need all products sent in ASAP if you would like them featured before Christmas :)
