Kids Get Snappy – July 2014

Kids Get Snappy – July 2014

Since starting the Draw with Me linky last year I have really enjoyed watching Boo get creative each month and have lots of you join in with us too! Currently she is massively into photography and as a photographer myself I just love to encourage that in her! So I thought it would be great to have a kids photography linky too! Basically it’s the same as Draw with Me but they just take photos for the theme we have chosen!

So we now excitedly bring you…

Kids Get Snappy!

This month Boo has chosen the theme which is PINK! LOL What else! 😉

Here are Boo’s photos, she had such a great time going round snapping everything pink she could find! Not the best photos but I love seeing things through the eyes of a child!

I put them together using PicMonkey, which if you don’t already know is a free online editing tool, it’s very handy if you want to quickly edit and add a little pizzazz to your photos :)

So all you need to do is hand over your camera and tell your kids to ‘get snappy’ and take lots of pink pictures!

You can take my badge below to enter into your blog post and then come back and link up!

I will visit, comment and share every entry and hope you all enjoy sharing the love too :)

Kids Get Snappy will go live on the 1st of every month and close at the end of each month. There will not be prizes every month as I just can’t guarantee arranging them for this and Draw with Me, but saying that I will try my best and if any lovely company would like to get behind this linky with a lovely prize for the kids then do email me at

I cannot wait to see what your kids come up with – please enter your link below xxx

  2. Oh another great idea for a linky! My twins got cameras for their birthday back in November and they love taking photographs of anything and everything! We did a Spring project in March and it was great to focus them on something so we’ll definitely be joining in with this too :-)

  3. Oooh – love this idea. Bigger Miss has her own basic digital camera so I shall be tasking them both to go and take pink photos! I love picmonkey too – use it all the time.

  4. Great idea, I’ll have to see if I can get mine to join in, the Little Man is always taking pics, but they are usually really interestingly angled selfies :)
