Five Flattering Swimming Costumes from Simply Be

Review

We are off to the Dominican Republic for two weeks in a couple of months and I have been searching around for some flattering swimming costumes that I can wear whilst I am there. I am never going to feel comfortable in a bikini no matter how much weight I have lost! I just don’t like feeling so exposed, I’d much rather wear a swimming costume and be comfortable and enjoy myself.

So when Simply Be got in touch to see if I’d like to try some of their swimming costumes I jumped at the chance, I choose two and I loved them both as soon as I put them on, which for me is saying something… I think the personal shopper in Debenhams wanted to strangle me last year as I tried on so many and didn’t buy any!

These are the two that I went for…

Magisculpt lose up to an inch swimsuit – standard length – firm control level 3 -£45.00

Everyone needs just a standard black swimming costume and this is perfect for when you aren’t feeling at your best. It is firm control so it holds everything in but is not uncomfortable whilst doing so. The ‘Lose Up To An Inch’ Swimsuit works like no other. Firm control full-body powermesh swimsuit that sculpts, smooths and shaves up to an inch from your tummy, back and bottom. Fixed foam cups within bust shelf to offer bust support.

Magisculpt the tummy tuck swimsuit – standard length – medium control level 2 – £32.00

If you are like me and are not particularly fond of your tummy then the tummy tuck swimsuit is for you! I absolutely love this swimsuit, it is so flattering and such a gorgeous shape. It is designed with clever ruching and side panels to create a flattering silhouette. Powermesh lining with medium control that works wonders on the tummy for an extra boost of confidence.

These are a few that I loved and will probably order too…

Magisculpt- the flawless swimsuit – £40.00

I don’t think I saw this one when I ordered otherwise I think this would have been top of my list! I love that it has detachable straps and also has tummy support. The white and mesh panelling creates an hourglass illusion to give you a beach confidence boost.

Magisculpt the sophia swimsuit – £40.00

I love the 50s style of this swimsuit and again the removable straps. I’m not sure if it would be as supportive as I’d like it to be as it is only light control but I think it is gorgeous.

Panache florentine bandeau swimsuit – £56.00

And because I feel like I’ve been a little bit boring with my choices I’m adding in this pretty little number for my last choice. The belt is detachable but I think it looks really flattering , the straps are removable too so perfect for hitting the beach in 🙂

If you are looking for a flattering swimming costume then I would definitely recommend checking out what Simply Be has to offer. They have a really large range of swimwear and they do free returns as well so you can try them on in the comfort of your own home and send them back if you are not happy with them.

Oh this post has just popped up on my bloglovin at the right time. I’m off to Cuba in 5 weeks time and I’m looking for a flattering swimsuit. I adore your first pick, it looks flattering without being too mumsy if that makes sense! Have fun in the Caribbean xx
