A couple of weeks ago Bugs found out he has got a place at his first choice junior school in September. He is very excited about starting junior school and being really grown up. The first thing he wanted to do was to get a backpack so he can take all of his belongings with him. Luckily for him the lovely people at Noisy Sauce sent him one of their Minecraft Creeper Backpacks to review… Read more
If there is one thing I cannot stand it is being cold so I always appreciate a really nice winter jacket. We have all recently been testing out a lovely new winter jacket each from Trespass. Trespass have a huge selection of jackets for men, women and children. It took me ages to decide which ones to get for each of us as there is so much choice. We wanted warm and waterproof and this is what we got…
Over half term we packed up the car and ventured up north to Durham for a week of half term fun. Of course going anywhere in the UK we always need to pack warm clothes and rain wear… especially when going up north 😉 Kozi Kidz sent Bugs one of their gorgeous fleece lined rain jackets to put to the test while we were away so we headed to the beach on a cold and drizzly day to try it out 🙂 Read more
Just before Christmas the lovely people at Saltrock got in touch and asked us if we’d like to try out some of their clothes, I had heard of Saltrock from when we have been down in Cornwall and lots of the surf shops stock the brand but I’d not really looked into the website. I was very pleasantly surprised by the range of clothing and the price too. I was able to pick out 2 items each for the kids for just £40.00 – Bugs was rather disappointed when they arrived because Mummy ordered a size too big and they buried him but thankfully all of the items we picked fit Boo and she loves them all so here she is modelling them for you today. I don’t think I’m the only who will have noticed that nip in the air on the school run each morning, the kids certainly haven’t – every morning they moan that they are cold. It’s time to start bringing out the coats, hats, scarves, gloves and tights. I always leave coat shopping until we actually need them, where as some parents are super organised and have them ready to go back to school in, I’m usually digging out the old coats to see if we can squeeze a few more days wear out of them and then of course when they don’t even button up because the kids have grown so much it’s really time to start thinking about new ones.
Today I am bringing you our top 3 winter coats for boys and girls from Melijoe, I’ve had a little help from the kids here too 🙂 There is just so much choice over at Melijoe so it was really hard to just narrow it down to our three favourites…
If there is nothing you fancy here head over to Melijoe and take a look for yourself, you will be sure to find something that you absolutely love 🙂
