Last Friday we spent the day at the Spa at Ye Olde Bell Hotel and had the most wonderfully relaxing day. The spa is located just off the A1 in Nottinghamshire and is surrounding by beautiful countryside making it the perfect location for a relaxing day. The spa at Ye Olde Bell only opened last June so everything is brand spanking new and looks so stylish and beautifully decorated. Read more
We recently spent two amazing weeks in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and had the most amazing time. We booked our holiday through Thomson and stayed at the Sensatori Punta Cana. A few weeks ago we discovered yet another National Trust property and probably our most favourite to date. Belton House is an absolutely gorgeous property sitting in formal Italian and Dutch gardens and an historic 1300 acre deer park. We visited on a gorgeous Spring day and spent the whole day exploring the beautiful grounds. It was too nice to venture indoors but we will be going back very soon to explore more. Read more

This was our second visit to the National Forest Adventure Park; last time we went it was Easter and we enjoyed lots of Easter activities as well as everything else the park has to offer. The main reason for our visit today was to see Father Christmas in his Winter Wonderland. We love to take the kids to see Father Christmas and usually try to go somewhere different each year and tie it into a day full of fun. Read more
Today we headed to Warwick Castle for some spooky Halloween fun. This was our first visit to Warwick Castle and we were very impressed with what we saw and would love to go back to discover more in future.
This half term (22-31 Oct) Warwick castle has been transformed into The Haunted Castle with six new spine tingling attractions. To make it even more scary Warwick Castle is open until 9pm each night too!
